Any personalised item will be replaced if there is an error on my part.

If you have just changed your mind, non-personalised items may be returned at your own expense within 14 days and a refund will be made (less the p&p charge).

Working and postal days are Tues - Friday. Cut off printing time is 1pm.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (or the following working day) of receiving them unless I am waiting on personalisation details, or I have a query with your order - in which case I will contact you by email. Please note, during busy trading periods such as Christmas and other Holidays, processing times might take longer.

Royal Mail 1st class post typically arrives within 1-2 working days, while 2nd class post may take 2-4 working days. Please note these are estimates - during busy trading periods, delivery times might take longer.

All orders are packed in a protective wallet and posted in a board backed envelope to prevent them from being bent in the post.

I offer two types of finishes (options where applicable). All label descriptions and sizes are detailed within each individual listing.

As an extra guide please note:

WHITE BACKGROUNDS

All designs printed onto a matt; white background will be splash proof. These labels are printed with a professional laser printer which means the ink will not run when splashed.

GLOSS LABELS

All designs printed onto glossy labels will be waterproof.

FULL-COLOUR BACKGROUNDS

All designs printed onto full-colour backgrounds i.e. Imitation Kraft, Vintage, Cream, Candy Stripe etc. are not classed as splash proof. It is possible that the ink would run if exposed to water.
